Ambiance is what I want to leave my review about. As well as the fact that they are a franchise, yet you can't redeem Starbucks rewards here. Now, back to the topic of ambiance. Please have your employees at least look like they've maintained good daily hygiene prior to coming to work. Hygiene also includes your hair! As a customer, I do not want to see glue, thread, and hair extension tracks, etc, by one who is handling my food. Thanks!!

11/2023 - I wouldn’t even bother with this review if Starbucks didn’t charge me $12 for a basic black coffee and a piece of bread. Order taker was incredibly rude and lazy, then had the gall to point out where I can leave a tip when I paid. Everyone else working seemed nice, professional and was working hard, so I’m definitely not saying this about the entire store.

This place is sad. On a holiday weekend this Starbucks sure was extremely busy and very short staffed. I stopped in around 9pm on Friday this week because I was shocked to see a Starbucks open so late, I should've known by the line that it was going to be a wait and sure enough there were about a line of 10 cups ahead of my order. Luckily, the baristas were on top of it, but I really felt bad as I could tell it was probably busy for them all day. I believe there was only 3 people...read full review
