I needed a place to go after dropping off someone at the airport at 4:30 am, to do some work for a couple of hours. There was no one else there but the cook and he made a mean breakfast sandwich and coffee. He was friendly and the food exceeded my expectations.
The food and the place overall is great. My only problem is with the waitress daniele. She pretty much forces people to leave a tip. My brother and i were planning on leaving a cash tip, but she grabbed my receipt and told me “fill this out man, dont be shitty”. After that, i felt like not leaving a tip at all. Her greedy-ness would make anyone annoyed, and her service wasn’t even the best. No napkins or utensils. I like the place and i would want to go back, but her presence...
The food was okay. When I came in no one was in sight. I looked around the dining area at the cool memorabilia and when I returned to the counter they made me feel as if I was sneaking around. After ordering my food I asked if I could sit in the cooler part of the restaurant and was told no but you can go into the bar. When I entered the bar it was smoke filled so returned to the original dining area. Just an uncomfortable situation. The food was okay. I ate most of it but...
