Arrived before 6pm and the restaurant was almost full. Quite high noise level. We had the ayce. All the items restricted to only 1 order were very good except for the ceviche. Fast service after ordering. Overv40 different rolls. Order 1/2 rolls to sample more.
I rarely leave reviews but I absolutely had to for Gorilla Sushi. I blindly ordered off Uber Eats (thank goodness I did) so I can’t speak to the service in-restaurant but mannnnnnnnn! That was the best sushi I’ve EVER had. The flavor was amazing and the sauces really just make it 10x better. Definitely a spot I’ll come to every time I’m in Vegas. 10/10!!!
