Sometimes it’s not about the business itself being bad but having a bad interaction with someone who is representing the business/product that determines the overall experience. Our server left a bad taste in our mouth. The food was not the best, it was just ok. The restaurant itself was beautiful and clean but because of the food and the waiter, I wouldn’t recommend it.
