I hadn’t eaten Baja Fresh in over a decade, but I remember it was my favorite as a kid. I was so excited to order because I was famished after my flight. My burrito was pretty good; I ordered a chicken burrito with rice and beans. The line moved slowly and one poor worker looked like she was going to topple over any minute. Despite looking exhausted, she was kind and helpful. I’d recommend their burritos.
Got the Carnitas Nachos. The cheese sauce is pretty good. The carnitas were fresh and perfect. The salsa had a decent flavor. Overall I was impressed. Lots of nachos for ~$15 in an airport. It was enough for 2 people.
Tiara is absolutely wonderful! She really cares about her guests and goes above and beyond to provide great service. Whenever I’m traveling and Tiara is working there, I will be ordering my in-flight snack from Baja Fresh!
