Sway did a wonderful job and was kind and professional. She was very helpful when her co-worker made my coffee order wrong. She corrected the issue and held her own even when her co-worker walked away and left her alone with a line of customers. She could definitely use more help. She did a wonderful job.
My first time ordering from this location and just thought I order a simple item. Mocha. Instead of informing me that there are different types of “Mocha” the barista gave me an attitude by asking “what kind of mocha, tea mocha or coffee with an irritating look on her face”. It isn’t necessary to be rude. A simple suggestions about your menu would have taken less time than trying to make me look like an idiot. So I had a cold brew, it was great with some sweet foam on top but that's not the kicker, the kicker is the egg bites I've never tried them before but they blow the doors off of the Starbucks egg bites, not even close. And the staff that was super friendly, what more could you ask for?
