Yesterday I had worse experience in this coffee place. First of all the service staff is not at all friendly, I ordered two cappuccino, what I received was one shot of coffee concentrate and full cup of only froth. When I picked up that time only I realized why it’s so light. I gave one cup to my mom when she tried to drink coffee there is nothing. I took my coffee and went to the coffee shop she said this is the real cappuccino, I asked her so you won’t put milk in your coffee? She asked me do you ever drink cappuccino before? Then I got so mad at her and ask her to check what did she gave me.Her attitude was very bad, judging me as I didn’t know what is cappuccino.Please train your employees before hiring them.

I have come here a couple times now and have had such horrible customer service each time. Like barley stops talking to eachother to take my order. Very rude about my order. This was Monday 2/26 at 7pm.. I would be so disappointed to have employees like this. Straight up rude, I guess that’s Vegas airport standards

So I had a cold brew, it was great with some sweet foam on top but that's not the kicker, the kicker is the egg bites I've never tried them before but they blow the doors off of the Starbucks egg bites, not even close. And the staff that was super friendly, what more could you ask for?

The counter person who is an african descent did not want to be there. She acted like we were a bother instead of a welcomed customer. She should not be working in customer service Industry because she sure didn't have that skill. I said thank you several times, she didn't thank me once. I guess business owners are desperate for employees that they hire anyone as long as they are breathing and show up. It's unfortunate how unhappy people can affect your day like that. She should find another job or the owner/manager needs to find a better employee.?

I wanted 3 extra shots for my large drink. So why was I charged $5.34 instead of $3.60 ($1.20 per extra shot)? Because they didn’t know how to ring it up the proper way!

Sway did a wonderful job and was kind and professional. She was very helpful when her co-worker made my coffee order wrong. She corrected the issue and held her own even when her co-worker walked away and left her alone with a line of customers. She could definitely use more help. She did a wonderful job.

My first time ordering from this location and just thought I order a simple item. Mocha. Instead of informing me that there are different types of “Mocha” the barista gave me an attitude by asking “what kind of mocha, tea mocha or coffee with an irritating look on her face”. It isn’t necessary to be rude. A simple suggestions about your menu would have taken less time than trying to make me look like an idiot. The coffee was great but she can check her personality at the door.

The one girl working African American With long eyelashes and Carmelish hair in a pony tail was super freaking rude like no customer service skills what so all yelling at customers with the nastiest tone ever .She was like miserable just working there! Girl if you’re unhappy quite we went there Friday evening around 7 pm on the 28th of July . Do better and hire proper staff that enjoy serving the public not one’s who hate their job so much they have to treat others so nasty. Bad bad place don’t get any thing here unless you want to be treated like garbage
