Ok, here's the truth when it comes to this restaurant. Outside of the spaghetti's flavor, the food was less than average. My wife ordered a salad that was supposed to have meat in it, but she couldn't detect where the meat was. The appetizers were flavorless, and the pizza was just okay. I could tell the staff for the most part was burnt out on the type of clients that they were serving. Some of the employees were as flavorless as the food. It's was just hard to pull personalities out of these people. My wife and I always try to bring the best out of a staff in a restaurant because we know how hard they typically work. At this restaurant that was hard to do. We are always very high tippers, and so that seem to bring a smile to our servers face. At least she was nice. Unfortunately, the restaurant is the type of place we will NOT go back to again.

The Restaurant was nice , I really like the Atmosphere. The Pizza was Amazing so soft and not heavy it all recommend 💯% Justin served us he was really nice and very Friendly. All the Food was very Delicious and after ordering it came really fast not to much waiting Time. Would definitely go back there.

Husband and I visited here while staying in the Sahara. Easy to make a reservation. Food came out quick and was easily some of the most delicious versions of these dishes we’ve ever had. The vodka sauce was amazing!

Server was not as attentive to us as she was with the two guys that got seated next to me and my husband She kept flirting with them Would come around filling their glass with water and seeing what they needed but not with us, our glasses were practically empty and were only asked twice the whole time how the food was or if we were doing okay She and a couple other servers were chit chatting with a couple of girls two tables from us, I’m not sure if they knew them or if they were all colleagues but it looked very unprofessional The host that seated us seemed a bit rude, seemed like she was bothered when I asked for a booth instead due to me having my service dog with me The food was okay, the spaghetti was too hard for my taste and had no flavor I think the food is way too over priced for the quality

Deceit and mediocrity lie within these walls. The scampi dish had way too much lemon and tasted nothing like scampi. Additionally, the noodles are squid ink noodles, apparently? This was not mentioned on the menu.

Food was absolutely delicious 😋 our waiter was quick and attentive. Chicken Parmesan was on point with house made noodles for spaghetti 🍝 Only 4 stars because the music was loud and annoying.
The food was excellent. Highly recommend the ribeye steak and tiramisu. Service was good and attentive, even if the people who work there didn't seem the happiest.
While the special offers are confusing, once we knew what the deals are for travellers compared to local Nevada residents, having a 25% off coupon from The Sahara was nice. It would be nice if the $49 fixed price menu for guests could be ordered for one person instead of everyone in the group.

UPDATE: Below review was 3 years ago. Visited 4/6/2026 for dinner. Beet salad I raved about is now a very small portion for $21 and ver my bland. Waitress did take off check. It looked attractive on plate. Chicken Parmesan was okay. Spaghetti pasta was good but didn’t care for sauce it was too tangy and bitter. Bread is additional $7 now and not complimentary as before. Music was not theme appropriate it was more hip hop. I love this hotel and Vegas but all these hotels are charging so much for things that were once free or low cost. At least they have free parking here. I took pictures this visit. Don’t think I’ll return again.
Posted 3 years ago: Wish I took photos! Newer restaurant in the Sahara. The decor, atmosphere and music playing were impressive from the get go. From there on it got better. We had an incredible waiter - so attentive and helpful, explained how everything was prepared.
Ordered one glass of wine, which I was uncertain which to choose so the waiter gave me some samples. Ordered stuffed mushrooms as appetizer which I recommend 100%, beet salad - best I've ever had, and crab linguine which was good but not exceptional. Bread served was very very good.

I'm only speaking about this restaurant-not the hotel or the property in general. If you're lucky enough to sit at the bar, Pedro is a fine example of what a true customer service professional is really all about. The service, the conversation, the recommendations and the stories. The pizza was exceptional as were the cocktails but the best was his presence. Thank you for an enjoyable evening before, and after the show. How's was the original 21JS movie? ;)M

We had dinner here on our last night in Vegas (March 7th). Food was excellent. The waiter was friendly and attentive. I don't see us coming back anytime soon since we live in Maine but I would definitely come back next time we are in Vegas.
