We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Balla Italian Soul restaurant at the Sahara. Not only was the food awesome but service was some of the best I've experienced. I let them know we were celebrating our anniversary and they brought a nice glass of prosecco (comp'ed) and the wine was 50% off. Food was fabulous and hand made in the kitchen. The chef has James Beard awards so he must be doing something right! The staff kept checking on us and bringing little items to improve our experience, thank you!

Second time at this restaurant, and we will come back when we’re at the Sahara again. The service is terrific. Everyone was friendly, attentive and quickly resolved a very small issue that we had. The ambience is fine for what it is, and so is the food. Nothing wrong at all. We got to relax in a nice environment with a good meal and glass of wine!

Great service here during happy hour on Saturday. We highly recommend the clam pizza, the crust was crispy with a slight chewy texture. Josh was a great server/bartender. We were so hungry we forgot to take picture

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience here on [insert your visit date – August 6,2025].
I ordered the Wild Mushroom Macaroni, and even though the menu didn’t mention it, it included pork. They also approves this. For people with dietary restrictions or religious reasons, this is a serious issue. Ingredients should be listed clearly and fully.
I also ordered a lemonade for $10, but as you can see from the photo, more than half the glass was filled with ice. I basically paid for crushed ice with very little actual drink.
The pasta was $26 – not unreasonable if the meal was satisfying, but due to the misleading ingredients and poor drink value, I really can’t recommend this place. I expected more transparency and attention to detail from a restaurant of this level.

This place is amazing. I had the best meal - summer corn fazzoletti. Our excellent server, Guillermo, told me the sweet corn is in season. The pasta is thin and light and the sauce was creamy but not heavy. My sister had the rainbow trout, which was also delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive and the ambience was relaxed and quiet. It's a perfect escape from the frenzy and din of the casinos.

The service was outstanding , the staff made us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout the meal. And the atmosphere? Just perfect elegant yet cozy, with a great vibe that made the whole dinner feel special.

The food was amazing here and everyone in our party was well satisfied with everying that was ordered. Only concern was service was slow and terrible for this level of restaurant.
I had originally planned to have a couple items on the Italian category, however the hotel had a special offer of 50% off a couple of steak items. I chose the 18oz ribeye for $52, normally $104. I'd estimate a third of it was fat, but the meat was very good with it's seasonings.

My husband and I've been to Balla Italian Soul several times over the last few months and it's always been a great experience. We're recognized when we go in by the manager and staff so it feels like we're at home. For this visit we requested a specific dessert, Lemon Curd, and the manager came to let us know that he made sure that the chef prepared the dessert before he went on vacation.

We absolutely enjoyed our meal at Balla's in Las Vegas. I'm Italian and it's difficult for me to eat Italian out because I'm usually disappointed. Balla was wonderful- the sea brime was perfectly cooked and delicious, while the lamb pasta was well developed flavor wise- pasta cooked to perfection and the lamb delicious!! Our waitress Casey was amazing as well and very on point with suggestions. The only challenge was getting drinks out- I think the bartender was a bit overwhelmed, but we also loved our drinks and Casey's suggestions here as well- go to Balla!! You won't be disappointed!!
