This was excellent and my favorite meal I've had in Vegas! The chefs put a lot of work into the noodle's and the effort shows. My waiter was rude and didn't listen. She asked if we were ready to order I said yes then she walked away. She asked what we wanted to drink I said water with no lemon then she brought me a water with lemon. She didn't tell me the noodles would be fried or hard when I specifically asked about them. They were horrible and not for kids. She rolled her eyes when I said no spice because I was trying to feed my 3 year old. I wouldn't dine there again.
Food was good as always. Unfortunately, they've changed their menu a lot, and old Staples are no longer there. A little disappointing.
