Bang Bar Reviews
Momofuku, once a highly regarded name in the culinary world, has recently tarnished its reputation with aggressive legal tactics. David Chang, the founder, and his legal team have sent cease-and-desist letters to small businesses for using the name "Chili Crunch," a condiment that has been part of Asian culinary traditions for centuries. Just plain delicious. The combo of chewy bread, tender pork, pickled onions, and sauce just works. The spicy eggplant is also amazing.
Delicious. Tried both chicken and pork options.

Bang Bar is a unique food stall concept offering five counter service places in one space. It is a refreshing island of controlled chaos in the heart of Vegas, nestled among other small restaurants. The rice bowl with Spicy Pork was described as "out of this world" with perfect flavors. The Chicken and rice was a favorite for some, although it was noted as a bit pricy at $16 or $18. Customers praised the teriyaki and pork U wrap as fast, delightful, and providing great value for money. The menu is simple, but each choice delivers a bombshell of flavor that leaves taste buds satisfied. The thin, not bread-y wraps and well-balanced flavors contribute to a unique dining experience. However, the seating area is small, making it necessary to scout for a spot. Overall, Bang Bar offers a quick bite that can be memorable, as many find themselves returning for more.
