Baskin-Robbins had some of the best ice cream I've had in a really long time . Great location, great service and a bunch of wonderful selections to choose from . I had the ice cream Sunday banana split and it did not disappoint . The Sunday was much better than I expected , the topics , the options and the ability to allow me to build it was all something I enjoyed

Great customer service! The gentleman that was working this evening was very friendly and helpful. We are here for a dance competition and he engaged my daughter and wished her good luck. The ice cream is great too! Thank you:)

Expensive

The staff are nice but the ice cream was soft. And it wasn't just once, it was soft during our entire 4 day stay. I was wondering if they kept it soft on purpose so it's easier to scoop. I don't like ice cream that soft. They need to fix the freezer or turn the temperature down.

Service was good. Workers were friendly. Ice cream was delicious, but pricey though that is expected inside hotel.

The ice cream was very good (plenty of great flavors) and the staff was friendly and courteous.

Awesome Variety of ice cream as well as friendly staff. Was great, & very close to closing time for them & they never treated us 'as if they wanted to close &/or were in a hurry other than to make sure everyone in line were taking care of.

I LOVE MY ICE-CREAM FROM BASKET ROBINS BUT THIS PLACE ITS BAD THE EMPLOYEES DON'T CARE ABOUT COSTUMER SERVICE THE PRICES WANT UP AND THE PORSION GOT SMALLER ? ? ?

As always a very good place for ice cream. I like their mango and coconut flavored ones.

This is a Baskin Robbins inside the The Orleans Casino so at least it is convenient for the gamblers. I recommend this place.

After all these years I still get cravings for jamocha almond fudge and this location is convenient to the poker room right here in the Orleans, so why not?!

To the owner, whoever the employee was that was working there on March 4th at about 9:30 deserves a raise! It was my birthday, and he just made it really fun and made my ice cream experience a great time.I wish I would have caught his name to call him out individually, but he had to goatee I think, he was a black guy. Just a great worker and really friendly. Thanks!
