The staff are nice but the ice cream was soft. And it wasn't just once, it was soft during our entire 4 day stay. I was wondering if they kept it soft on purpose so it's easier to scoop. I don't like ice cream that soft. They need to fix the freezer or turn the temperature down.

The staff was patient. All four of us had no clue what we wanted. My sister got the birthday cake, her friends got cherries jubalrr, and Caramel turtle. I got the lemon custard.

Honestly, I have a hard time writing this review as my experiences is never usually like this. The 1 star is for the dessert itself. As far as the service and atmosphere, I would have to rate them 0 stars. I have never been treated so badly ordering anything before. The workers lacked customer service skills. Two of the girls were flat out rude to every customer in line. If the manager had been paying attention, they would have pulled the girls on the side and dealt their attitudes towards the customer. They really acted like they did not want to be there. Additionally, the eating area was filthy. No one bothered to wipe down the tables and trash was everywhere including the floor. This is one place that I will not be going back to anymore. Sorry Baskin n Robbins- The Orleans...you have lost my business.

Awesome Variety of ice cream as well as friendly staff. Was great, & very close to closing time for them & they never treated us 'as if they wanted to close &/or were in a hurry other than to make sure everyone in line were taking care of.
