“After visiting another location which had very limited selection. We drove to this location and upon arrival i was surprised at the selection of ice cream cakes they had available. The Birthday girl (my 9 yr old daughter) got to pick the exact cake she wanted and they even wrote happy birthday in the color of icing of her choice(Purple).“

“A small store front but spacious and clean inside! Kaitlyn was very welcoming and made my order quickly.
They had a note at the register to say they had very little change so paying with card is their preference. Not an issue for me anyways. I usually tap to pay. They had a nice selection of cakes ready made which is perfect for graduation season.“

“I visited on 06/13/26 around 8:00 PM. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the employees, and it was clear they were having a very busy night. The line was nearly to the door, but despite the rush, the staff handled everything exceptionally well.

Both employees working were doing an amazing job, but one in particular stood out—Valerie. Not only was she efficiently managing the long line, but she was also providing excellent customer service the entire time while training a new employee, Isabel. Her professionalism, patience, and positive attitude did not go unnoticed.

I ordered a medium Classic Cappuccino, and it was absolutely delicious. However, the reason I’m taking the time to write this review is because I left impressed not only by the quality of my drink, but also by the outstanding service I received.

If management reads customer feedback, I hope Valerie receives the recognition she deserves. She is a tremendous asset to your team and truly went above and beyond.“

“Baskin-Robbins had some of the best ice cream I've had in a really long time . Great location, great service and a bunch of wonderful selections to choose from . I had the ice cream Sunday banana split and it did not disappoint . The Sunday was much better than I expected , the topics , the options and the ability to allow me to build it was all something I enjoyed“

“Last night, my family of 5 came in and the place was dead. After we got the last ice cream to complete our order, the place got packed! The line was long and the 2 ladies that were working KICKED BUTT!! I was very impressed with how well they kept it together, professional and all with a smile on their face! “I have on two separate occasions ordered ice cream for my fiance who loves the nutty coconut which isn't an available option on Doordash. Both times I've called and spoke with Nevaeh and Eric they both went above and beyond with swapping out for my ice cream of choice. I pray this gets to the right person to give them both a raise! They were so pleasant and its just ice cream!“

“Shop is in a busy location, close to a Target store. Friendly staff that let us try couple of flavors first. Enjoyed it so much we went back next day to get some more! We do not have a BR location where we live, so we visit the chain every chance we get when we travel.“

It was a good experience at this location.
We ordered a chocolate chip cheesecake milkshake, and it was delicious.
There are small chopped pieces of chocolate chips in this milkshake, so please sip carefully.
Cold temperatures hardens chocolate chips. It's best that after you sip this milkshake, allow the warmth of your mouth to melt the chocolate chips and then swallow safely.
This is a limited time flavor. Frozen beverages in March are $5 for a small, $6 medium and $7 large.“
