“As a tourist here in Vegas for 2 week and having decided to end my visit with ice cream… Nick totally made my experience one I’ll never forget!! He was so friendly, educational, and even showed his ultimate support for service members! Thank you for all you do Nick!“

“Ordered a Zombie Unicorn cake for my daughter. I arrived to pick it up and discovered it was actually done incorrectly. I wasn't too upset over that, and would've taken it anyways if it would've taken long to redo. However, the gentleman was willing to redo the entire cake. It turned out excellent, we were very happy with it, and I believe that we actually ended up with a larger one than ordered for the same price.Would return for another specialty cake in the future. Only wish I had gotten the gentleman's name.“

“I really enjoy Baskin Robbins! I almost always get the Oreo Malt! The ice cream is tasty and served in a size that is filling. The simple syrup is in the correct proportion. There add milk to the ice cream shake which makes me very happy. The straw is a little wider for all the delicious enjoyment i can handle. The customer service is top notch with speedy customer turn over and a clean store front. There is seating inside and out for ice cream lovers in the one hundred plus temperatures and outside for the seventy degrees and ice cream is for me lovers. It's a good plaza in itself with ample parking. As well the staff has always been helpful when selecting ice cream and other desserts and the prices are spot on for the amazing treats they serve up. They also have take home ice cream cakes for parties!“

“Awesome Variety of ice cream as well as friendly staff. Was great, & very close to closing time for them & they never treated us 'as if they wanted to close &/or were in a hurry other than to make sure everyone in line were taking care of.“

“Baskin Robbins has really leveled up in their cake decorating game. My niece wanted a Halloween themed cake for her bday and on a stop for a Cappuccino Blast, we found this one. Perfect size for 14+ guests with a good amount left over. My one tip for the employees though, fold and put the cake box together before placing the cake in. The tip of knife was smashed by the box and we had to doctor it with toothpicks. Easy fix and the cake was a hit.“

“I have a great feeling about the future for this store! I've been going to this location for years, and previously it was owned by an older Asian woman , who did not provide the best customer service. It now has a NEW owner & my past few experiences over the last month or so have been amazing. The employees seem happy as well which provides a great environment for the customers! Looking forward to my next visit!“

“I stopped by this ice cream shop in Las Vegas recently to treat myself. I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful and clean interior of this Baskin-Robbins location. The ice cream was superb, and the service was fast and friendly. I'd definitely go back.“

“Stopped in my local Baskin-Robbins to pick up a birthday cake last minute, I have to say that for something off the shelf look like I ordered it custom. I was very satisfied with it. Even had my favorite, two flavors, vanilla and chocolate together who could go wrong with that the service was great very helpful clerk. I'm sorry I didn't get his name. I will be back to enjoy more delicious treats.“

“Ordered thru Uber eats. I lov e Baskin Robbins but...I did the 2 pack and I got my jamocha almond fudge. I also was supposed to get chocolate chip cookie dough but sadly got chocolate chip instead .. it's too much trouble dealing with Uber so I took a star from this location. I still love you but I love the cookie dough version better.“

“Deja & Keith are AMAZING!!!!! They went out of their way to make our first time at this location super special. They didn't have clown cones in the flavor I wanted, which I was craving. Deja & Keith didn't make me feel like I was being annoying at all & happily made me a gorgeous clown cone that was totally Instagram worthy. Thank you to the staff here for being so friendly in such an ugly world!“

“The young lady’s working here were super nice completely patient and actually paid attention to my little ones waiting to order for them self.Kid-friendliness: They actually listened to what they wanted. Wouldn’t ignore their questions and when they asked they didn’t try to limit their questions or time to decide on what they wanted to pick.“
