We brought my in-laws here to celebrate their birthdays and had the most amazing dinner! Every bite was absolutely delicious, and the service was hands down the best we've ever had! Elias was outstanding! Thanks so much for everything! We'll definitely be back!

Hostesses couldn't be bothered to find us in the bar when our table was ready and sent a text instead and then seemed to give away our table as we were actually enjoying conversing instead of sitting on our phones as they seemed to expect. Only one bartender seemed interested in serving or speaking to us as a group of women - they seemed to prefer serving groups of men. Our waiter could only point out the heading of each of the sections of the menu but provide no insight as to what we might enjoy based on our interests. Such a shame to experience such mediocrity after all of the wonderful Jose Andres restaurants we patronize in DC. Only compliment - small plates were creative and interesting.

We opted to order our meal ala carte rather than a tasting menu. If you feel confident in what you like, may I suggest this. Service was INCREDIBLE. So fun. Bring back the som who knows about natural wines.

Their website says 24 hours notice for a whole suckling pig. It does not require notice for a quarter pig. I gave them more than 24 hours for a quarter suckling pig. I was told it would feed 2 to 5 people. When I arrived, I was told they ran out. I was not pleased. Then they claimed they found a quarter. What I got was a small piece of the middle, above the tail. They charged me $180 for it. The quantity was enough for 1.5 people. No ham, no shoulder, no loin, no pork belly, no partial rack, and no secreto. A little skin (including the tail), lots of fat, and a little meat. Definitely not what I expected. Note: I have had suckling pig in Segovia and Madrid, so not new to this. Also, the website that open table links you to for their menu is outdated. I ordered 2 things that were no longer being offered and one thing that was mis-described. My friends got the tasting menus. It was just “good” at over $200 per person plus drinks etc. they give you some slices of a steak as the main course. Not a whole steak per person, just some slices. Overall, a disappointment.

Phenomenal. Excellent food. Sunday was exceptional; he gave wonderful recommendations and was hospitable the entire night. This was a memorable and very high quality dining experience. José Andres restaurants never disappoint!

We had an amazing experience at Bazaar Meat and enjoyed the entire multi hour night of feasting- the tasting menu was fantastic and inventive and the service outstanding ! Big kudos to Arnold our server and the team especially our Sommelier Theresa who led my group on an incredible journey with her tasting selections for the meal. Pricey yet extremely special and rare! Grateful ?

A great place! Worthy of the hype & good reviews. A excellent ambiance and comfortable tables (not close). The food was outstanding and a nice spin on traditional steakhouses. We did the tasting menu and it was a treat. Our server, Sunday, was outstanding and helped make the night special. He helped pace everything very well and even got things to speed up at the end when we were ruining late for a show. Highly recommend!

The food here is amazing overall. The drinks were very different and fun. The atmosphere was much noisier than we would have expected for such an elegant restaurant, but tolerable. The real problem was the service. Both our head waiter and our sommelier were borderline rude. 1) We asked for steak med-rare to med and he said they cooked it on the lighter side so we ordered med. It was very rare and it took an hour and 15 minutes to produce this. When we pointed this out, the server just said "I told you so" and left. We finally had to go get another server to track him down so we could ask to get our meat cooked. This new cooking took only 10 minutes! Not sure what the hour thing was. This was much better and the steak was delicious, but the surrounding courses were cold by then. No offer to fix anything or apology for bringing food he must have known we would not like based on our discussion. 2) We also ordered wine and I asked the sommelier for a good wine for less than 100$. We discussed tastes and he said we don't have any wine you would like for that price. Wow. Finally, I just said ok, give me what you think is best for that price. He seemed to pick a random 95$ bottle. I asked if that was fruity and he said yes (not what I had said we wanted). Finally he pointed us to one that was only 85$ and not fruity, he said you won't like it! It was just fine (in my opinion), though it was served with curtness. Btw, I am a very experienced with wine. I think a big part of what you are paying high prices for is the service and on that basis, I would not recommend this place, but it probably depends on the servers you get. The food and cocktails were great.

We ordered caviar cones to start. They were very delicious and we enjoyed them immensely. Then Steak tartare. Always a pleasure to have. We got a skirt steak and a bone in Delmonico . Both were great. Skirt steak was tastier but the Delmonico melted in our mouths. The service was over the top. Definitely worth the price.

We did the tasting. There were a couple of weird things I didn't love, but most of it I did. The tasting is a chance to see creativity try things you haven't had. I've been three times and will keep going back.

TLDR: There are some standout bites here and the smoky atmosphere (truly, the restaurant is full of smoke) is at least fitting for a steakhouse, but the extremely slow service and some disappointing dishes make it hard for me to recommend someone go this far up The Strip just to come here. ------ FOOD: 1. [MUST TRY] Chateaubriand (5/5) - Phenomenal steak. Cooked to perfection at the chef's recommended level, super flavorful, and came with a great Périgordine sauce. This saved the meal for me. Note that the steaks take longer to prepare so keep that in mind if you have any time-sensitive plans after dinner 2. [MUST TRY] Philly Cheesesteak (5/5) - Unlike anything I've ever had before. The airbread is a puffy, hollow pita filled with melted cheese and topped with thin slices of wagyu that have a wonderful smoky taste. All the flavors and textures come together amazingly when you take a bite. This is not to be missed here 3. Button Mushrooms (5/5) - A great side dish with lots of acidity that really helped brighten an otherwise heavy meal. If you want a side, would highly recommend this. 4. Cotton Candy Foie Gras (4/5) - This is a one-bite appetizer of foie gras on a stick shrouded in a cloud of cotton candy. I'd say this is unique and so "Vegas", so you should get it for the novelty, but I wouldn't say it blew me away. The last few seconds of the experience were tasty, but I was definitely unsure about this for the first few moments before all the flavors mixed together. 5. Secreto Iberico Pork (4/5) - It was good pork and I liked how it came with a small side of creamy mashed potatoes and toast with a tomato spread, but the dish came out cold. Given how long we waited for this, I couldn't tell if it was meant to be cold or if the service was just really slow. Either way, this dish could have been so much better had it been hot when served. 6. Black Forest Cake (4/5) - I'm not a black forest cake person because of the cherry flavor, but at least the cherries in this were not too sickeningly sweet or artificial tasting, and the chocolate glaze on this was admittedly quite good. The servings here are tiny though so expect ~3 bites out of this dessert, max. 7. Peppers (2.5/5) - At least these came out hot, which was nice, but they were so salty that I could barely have more than a few bites. 8. Turbot Special (1/5) - Fish came out completely cold and completely flavorless. We ended up having to pair it with the steak's Périgordine sauce to give it some taste, but this dish was left half uneaten. ------ SERVICE: * Service here can be extremely slow. We waited an incredibly long time to get asked for our drink orders and we would have had to wait even longer to put in food orders had we not insisted on putting in both at the same time. * We had an 8:15 pm reservation and didn't get served our first dish until 9:30 pm. We only had 2 appetizers served to us in the course of 45 minutes before we got our mains around 10:15 pm. And then dessert didn't arrive until 11 pm. * If you love a drawn out dinner, then this place could still be for you as our waiter was still very charismatic and fun to speak to. He also directly served each of us a portion of each main we ordered, which was a nice touch. ------ ENVIRONMENT / AMBIANCE: * When you walk in, you will immediately notice that the entire restaurant is full of smoke (which will linger on your clothing after your meal, so wear something easy to wash) * The interior gives you everything you might want from an upscale steakhouse, from glimpses of the dry-aged meats to beautiful bottled wine displays to all sorts of steakhouse-related decorations (e.g. mounted, faux animal heads) lining the walls * Located in the SAHARA, you'll have a 10-20 minute drive up the Strip to get here, so it's a bit out of the way of the main action

Bazaar is the best restaurant experience yet for me. I cannot think of a single thing to improve the staff. Every small plate was well thought and simply delicious. The cotton candy will leave you thinking about "How?". The steak and loin are the best I have had in a restaurant. Open fire cooking just brings more out of meat and they do it to perfection. This may be the last 5 Star I give.

Atmosphere: 5

Food: 5

Service: 5

Recommended dishes: Steaks so Many Steaks, Cotton Candy

This was one of the best dinners of my life. I've always loved Spanish meat, particularly of the Iberian region where the pork is the best in the world. So it came to no surprise that when an opportunity came to do a tasting menu at one of the best steak/meat restaurants in Vegas, I was going to jump right into it. So the ambiance is very, very meat forward. Sat in front of the kitchen, next to sausages. You can sit there watching chefs carefully cut tomatoes, cured meats, etc. Super cool!! Cocktails are amazing here. Try the foamy salt margarita and you will want to make them at home. The salt foam is perfect with the tequila. I did the tasting menu. There are two types of tasting menus. The higher end one has A5 steak, so if you want some Japanese steak, then you go that route . I chose the more Spanish forward tasting menu with the cured meat, fois gras, and Spanish dry aged steak. I also crazily added the iberico secreto pork, which turned out to be the best part of the meal. The highlights, in my opinion, was the modern stuffed olives, the tartare on buns, and the iberico secreto. The iberico secreto, was in fact, so amazing it made the dry aged steak disappointing in comparison, which as you can see was perfectly cooked. The iberico secreto came with mashed potatoes covered in pork fat. The secreto was loaded with flavor and hints of acorn. The service here fabulous. Our waiter was professional, was smart to tell me not to order too much, and was prompt bringing wine, water, and attending to our needs. I was also so full I spent 24 hours afterwards drinking, but not eating .

I did the ultimate tasting experience with 6 friends and I think we all agreed that it was something that was interesting to do, but ultimately wasn't worth it. The first half of the meal is playful and exciting with delicious little bites. But towards the end when the entrees come out it seemed like a completely different meal and ate much more like your average vegas steak house. Ribeye was tough and the final courses are so rich most of us left feel gross rather than delighted with the overall experience. Service was friendly but felt unremarkable given the price point. Ultimately Bazaar's tasting menu is maybe something worth doing once if you have a special occasion, but it's not something that I would generally recommend.

Atmosphere and service were excellent. Food was okay, rack of lamb was slightly undercooked and wasn't really the best I ever had but was decent. The sides were more enjoyable especially the potato puree. Prices were fair for most of the menu items.
