The place was closed for quite a while. They have reopened with limited hours. I used to go there regularly, so my husband calls me on Thursday to tell me they're now open until 5 p.m. So today I drive up at 4:31 / 4:32. The open sign is visibly lit. The front door is propped open. I get to the drive thru and I'm told they're closed; despite the door being wide open, the open sign being on, and the fact that the hours are clearly posted online (open until 5 p.m.). The girl tells me that they go home at 5 pm., so they stop making drinks at 4:30. When I tell her that her front door is propped open and the sign says open she insists they're closed. When I tell her that posted hours are for customers and not employees she says she's sorry I feel that way. I point out that it's a fact, not a feeling, that the website says they're open until 5 pm. Bottom line - I left with no drink and a really bad taste in my mouth. I thought when they reopened things would be handled correctly; it turns out that the new employees don't want to work when they're getting paid to work. That's a shame, and not a good look for a place that was already struggling with business.

For almost $8 for a 16oz I wasn’t expecting to get a half full coffee (and most of it was foam) really disappointed

This place used to be exceptional, but a decline in employee morale became noticeable after changes in management practices. It was evident that staff members were feeling undervalued and disengaged. The recent closure might be attributed to high employee turnover, which is unfortunate as it was a preferred coffee destination for many. When they started opening an hour later compared to nearby competitors should have been an early indicator of underlying issues in hindsight. Hopefully when they reopen ownership finds a way to raise morale for their workers.

I went in for breakfast and was very disappointed with the quality of the food and the coffee.

The service was good, the young lady that served me was friendly and answered y questions about the menu, offering her preferences. I ordered a large coffee, a sausage breakfast sandwich and the breakfast tacos. I received the food first as the coffee had run out and received the coffee about 5 minutes later.

The food was very disappointing, it looked like it had been reheated on some sort of press as the sandwich was squashed and the croissant was stuck to the paper wrapping. The tacos were scarcely filled and the bacon had a nasty artificial taste to it. The sandwich tasted better, but because it was stuck to the paper wrapping that made it difficult to unwrap and eat. The coffee tasted watery and the beans tasted burned. Overall, while the service was good and the interior os clean and modern, this was a very disappointing experience and I would not go here again. They seem to be in the same corner of the market as Dunkin’ Donuts, whose product is far better, and a step or two below Starbucks and certainly below Einstein Bagels.

This isn’t the first time I have had a bad experience with this location. I feel scammed. You can’t even afford to put a whole egg on each of these tacos? The photos online are so deceiving compared to what i just received. Extremely disappointed…

I ordered 3 smoothies.
I asked what was in the strawberry smoothie. All I got was just pretty much strawberries and ice, and that is exactly what they said.. They were horrible, they tasted like watered down strawberry jam.
I wasn't impressed with the breakfast sandwiches either.
I will not be back.

Just checked this place out and my first time here with my brother! I'd say the place is kinda hidden. I'm a coffee lover of all coffee related things and decided to check it out. Walked in and right off the bat I saw it was a pretty cool spot. Didn't order any food, but I did order the FROZEN CARAMEL CIELO. That's what stood out for me when looking over the menu. Glad I did as it was much needed on this hot day. It was delicious too!! My brother got the CougarsBlood. When we got our orders we chatted with the associate who helped us. He was very personable and resourceful with great customer service!! Definitely coming back!

The coffee does the trick and I enjoy the energy drink things they have.

They’re more expensive than Starbucks so I don’t come by too often, but the food is MUCH better so it’s worth it to me.

Good place to get coffee on the last day of a long week

20 minutes to get to the drive through machine to order coffee, 6 minutes later the employee asks me again what I want. They were fooling around so much inside he forgot I hadn’t moved nor ordered. At this point I’m 30 minutes in waiting for a coffee, I got out of line and left. Never going back.

I drink black coffee. I love it. I drink it everyday This place makes an incredible house coffee. That cannot be beat. It's very good. I highly recommend it. The food also good. I will be getting my coffee and breakfast from this spot from now on.
