About Beijing Noodle No. 9

Beijing Noodle No. 9, located in Caesars, is known for its Hong Kong-style Mapo Tofu, which is not too spicy and pairs well with white rice. The menu also features barbecued pork, red oil dumplings, sweet and sour pork ribs, barbecued pork fried rice, and dry-fried beef. Customers often praise the tasty, non-greasy scallion pancakes and spicy dan dan noodles. The atmosphere is beautiful and neat, making the dining experience enjoyable. The service is friendly and accommodating, with food arriving at a good pace. However, some customers have noted that the service can be "meh" on busy nights, and the restaurant can be very noisy, requiring diners to shout to be heard. Despite these occasional issues, many customers, including local regulars, appreciate the consistent quality of the food, with dishes like the prawns with honey walnut sauce and the Shanghai soup dumplings receiving particular praise. Overall, Beijing Noodle No. 9 is a reliable choice for noodles and other Chinese dishes on the Las Vegas Strip.

Black cloud fungus mushrooms and black truffle shrimp amd pork siu mai were excellent..can't wait to return again.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. The spicy dumplings were amazing and silky smooth. They were not spicy at all (but we like spice). The pork bun was the best bun I have where had. The bun itself had an amazing texture and soaked up sauce beautifully and the filling was great. The chicken mushroom noodles were fantastic. The Asian mule was also a delight. One of our best meals in Vegas.

Food came out in really random orders. Drinks came out last. Food was average based on reputation.
