Sadly, the food is just OK. The potatoes and steak lacked flavor. In general the food is bland. The quality is ok. The arugula looked a bit wilted. The quinoa rice was delicious. Dalgonna late was sweet but it woke me up maybe because it had two shots. The place has decent music playing not too loud but fun.

In a city that can get dirty, dingy, dark, and claustrophobic, Bespoke is the antithesis of each. A bright, clean, airy environment gave me a nice break from the typical Vegas scene. The concept is modern and easy. The food is fresh and comes at a good value. The staff was all smiles, helpful, and caring.
