The absolute best!! We have had too many recent terrible experiences with dining out and almost gave up but Bob had a hunch about Top Bar. It was his birthday, my treat so I didn't argue. Boy was I glad I went along with his instincts. From the moment, as we were approaching the door, a lovely lady got up from sitting at a table outdoors and opened the restaurant door for us with a refreshing smile and greeting unlike anything we've experienced in a long time.
