I've been a customer here for about three and a half years on and off, and up until now, have had no issues with the quality of service or food.. but today has changed my views of this location forever, I guess it's under New Management, and the heavy set Mexican girl running it has no regard for the level of quality to its customers, as a matter of fact, was flat-out rude and disrespectful to me and my kids after spending about $18 there on sandwiches and putting money in the...read full review

This location is terrible. They over charged me for a sandwich and then had me wait for 30 minutes (I actually kept track and left after that time) because they couldn't figure out on the computer how to actually refund the money or charge it right. Then they were also arguing that there 10.69 sandwich was wrong and the computer has it as 11.99. There is a different one up the street on trop and rainbow.

Went there today and got two sandwiches. Asked for a turkey italiano. Lady didn’t know what it was so I told her and she didn’t even put turkey. Tried to add beacon on mine and not the one I asked for it to be on. Put in a foot long and a six inch and toasted it for 10 seconds. Meat, cheese, and bread all cold and not tosted.
