Food was terrible. Garlic wine butter mussels tasted like chicken broth . The pan roast with mixed seafood had shrimp only. There was only 1 waitress for whole restaurant. Nasty. Go to oyster bar at palace station.

Since the restaurant is in a casino, there's nothing you can do about the noise level. The oyster Rockefeller was excellent, but only received six I was hoping for Alaskan king crab, but they had snow crab, which was a little pricey, I thought. Service was good and the dishes i saw come from the kitchen looked very tasty.

The place is nice to look at and the food was great, but the service was subpar. None of the servers, waitresses, or even the hostess seemed friendly or like they wanted to be there. Our waitress, Mercedes (I believe), forgot to bring out part of our order and unfortunately did not come back to check on us until we waved her down for the check. Not to mention, she noticeably treated the white guests a few tables down a lot friendlier than us lol it’s sad because the clam chowder was excellent, one of the best I’ve had in Vegas but we won’t be coming back.

The Boston chowder was to salty and its potatos were not fully uncooked. Didn't want to take a chance and ordered anything else.

Whoever prepares and shucks the oysters needs to go back to school. Not only were there plenty of broken shell pieces in the raw oysters brought to us, many of the shells were remarkably dirty on the outside and the oysters themselves tasted as if they had been soaked in freshwater for an hour or two before being served. One oyster was spit out immediately due to tasting like “a bad oyster.” The rest of the appetizers and entrees ranged from just good to very good. The host and the server were very attentive. The server was competent, professional, and efficient.

Was near this place when craving seafood so decided to try. The raw was delicious and so was the crab cakes. Had our fill and the price was reasonable. The service was prompt except towards the end when you're waiting for the check. Otherwise, the atmosphere was nice, was Sat towards the back away from the casino noise.

Delicious. So genuinely delicious. Usually I went all the way to California for Clam Chowder but now I have a place to beat the craving away easily. I keep trying new foods here and every single time, the seafood is top notch. Good butter, good crab, smooth scallops, juicy clam. They just don't fail.
It's delicious and you should try it. If anything, they should have bigger cups so the server doesn't have to come by so often. I don't like feeling like I'm overworking them asking for another refill.

On vacation and the locals told me about Big Al's Oyster Bar the food was so good omg the Jambalaya was so flavorful next time I'm in Vegas I most definitely will visit Big Al's again

If your looking for actually New Orleans flavor please look somewhere else I’ve never had more tasteless gumbo and mussels in my life the chowder was okay but in end I took 4 bites and paid my bill and left because I was just that disappointed
