I was extremely disappointed with the food! Reading the billboard inside the restaurant and Shaq talking about his mother's chicken, I know that included seasoning. My fries was tasteless, and my chicken sandwich was absolutely nasty, there was no seasoning on it at all whatsoever, I was so disappointed I wanted to cry because I was so hungry and I saved my appetite just to eat there to be terribly disappointed. I would never return back there and I would not recommend it either. I also ordered a margarita and it was very much watered down.

I been to big chicken 5 times while visiting vegas. Bragged to my wife how good it was. Then the first time we went there together the chicken didn't taste the same, it had no flavor and the coleslaw was dry and not good at all. I'm guessing maybe new management, but my wife don't want to try it again.
First time here and my experience was amazing. Mark provided the best customer service for my family and was very welcoming. I will definitely come back.
