After hitting up Tacos & Beer just down the street, we stopped by Insomnia Cookies, a little hole in the wall place just across the street from UNLV. We've heard some great things about this place numerous times before and we couldn't wait to try out their cookies. Ordered twice from here so far. Both times the cookies were still warm. Some of the best M&M (classic) cookies I've had. Haven't tried the deluxe cookies yet. Both times we had ice cream & I highly recommend adding the "brownie bites" or cookie dough bites. There's like an attached cup that covers the ice cream and it's filled with goodness. On the weekend, they delivered at like 1am lol.The only negative, but this is an issue everywhere, is the price could be a little more affordable....read full review
