“Walking into Crumbl Cookies feels like entering a luxury boutique… except instead of handbags, it’s $5 cookies the size of a newborn’s head.

I bought one cookie thinking, “I’ll save half for later.”
That was adorable of me. Not because I ate it all—because after two bites, my teeth filed a formal complaint with HR.

The flavors sound like they were invented during a sugar-fueled brainstorming session:

“Triple Chocolate Fudge Galaxy Explosion”
“Birthday Cake Inside Another Birthday Cake”
“Cookie That Emotionally Supports You But Also Gives You Diabetes”

Every week there’s a new menu, which is great if you enjoy gambling. Will it be amazing? Will it taste like frosting wearing a cookie costume? Nobody knows. It’s Vegas, but for butter.

The texture? Somewhere between:

slightly underbaked
and “did they forget this in the oven on purpose?”

And the frosting—oh, the frosting. There’s so much of it, I’m pretty sure one cookie could ice a wedding cake.

That said… I keep going back.

Because when you get a good one? It’s warm, gooey, and makes you question every life choice that led you to not buying four more.

“My sister saw this place on Instagram, and we had to try it, being from Philly. The young lady working was very friendly, the flavors were amazing, and the prices were consistent with those in Philadelphia. I had the pineapple and piña colada infused with Ciroc. I definitely recommend, and will definitely be going there on all my visits to Vegas. #blackowned.“

“I wanted to give a review for the ladies who worked at this crumbl cookie location. They went above and beyond and added a human touch to a very rough hot day. Long story short cookies were left inside the car in this very hot weather while my car decided not to work. As I took shade forgot the cookies were left behind and when I went to check they had already melted. Thank you so much, they replaced the cookies as I was so ashamed to ask myself but my sister went in and asked and they took care of it without hesitation. They didn’t have to, but they did and saved the day. I was then able to bring it to the group gathering. It was one of the good things that happened today after a very rough day! “I’ve been obsessed with these cookies for a while now and it’s gotten to the point where I needed to download the app just so I can get the updated weekly lineup. I really love the fact that you can either get a large, mini and/or single size dessert option depending on what you’re in the mood for. This time I decided to order them through the app for pick-up and I didn't have to wait long to receive them once I got there.

I got a 3-pack mini which included the raspberry cupcake, buttermilk pancake and the S’mores skillet cookie. I decided to add on the cinnamon roll cheesecake in the larger size because all of their cheesecakes tend to be so delicious. I loved the raspberry cupcake and the buttermilk pancake cookies. They were so soft and chewy with a ton of flavor. The cinnamon roll cheesecake was my absolute favorite. It was decadently sweet with a buttery graham cracker crust that paired perfectly with the rich, creaminess of the cheesecake filling. Unfortunately, I wasn’t a big fan of the S’mores skillet cookie. The flavor was good, but it was a bit overcooked on the edges which gave it a very crispy and somewhat tough texture.

I’ve been to many different locations, but I really love how close this is to my home and how friendly the customer service is. This spot is usually fully stocked with all of the new flavor arrivals. I’m already planning on making a trip back, just so I can get the cinnamon roll cheesecake before the lineup changes.“

“Was wandering around Shanghai plaza with my brother and saw how packed this place was and wanted to check it out.

Really I just wanted a tea so I ended up ordering a fruit filled tea and it was delicious. The amount of desserts they have to offer is borderline overwhelming. From boba to gum drinks, regular fruit infused teas and an abundance of desserts it’s definitely worth checking out to crave that sweet craving.“

The mango crystal has some ice in it that gives it a nice raspado feel but not overpowering which makes it taste amazing. The ice cream they use tastes amazing as well. The mango chewy tastes great too if you like boba type things. The person that helped us at the counter was very helpful and helped me pick what we wanted to get. “We came here a few years ago and it has changed quite a bit. They would use hard ice cream and blend all the mix-ins into the ice cream, creating like a soft serve texture. Now all the suggested ice creams are premade and the mix-ins are placed on top whole. It still tasted good, but definitely not as good as we remember it being.“

I came back the following week since I had to stop by the store next door. This time, I ordered the beef caldereta and the sisig combo meal, which came with lumpiang shanghai and an egg. I ordered it to go. The lumpiang shanghai tasted a little different this time. It was still good, but the first time I had it, tasted better. I also didn't get any sauce for the lumpiang shanghai, which was a little disappointing. The sisig was okay, but there was a slight bitterness to it. The beef caldereta was really good. It had a lot of flavor, and the meat was tender.

I'll definitely come back when I'm in the area again.“
