Crumbl is a cookie shop known for its excellent and amazing cookies, described as next-level treats. The cookies are generally a hit, with fun and new flavors that change weekly and monthly. Specific cookies mentioned include the raspberry cupcake, buttermilk pancake, S’mores skillet cookie, and the cinnamon roll cheesecake. The cinnamon roll cheesecake was an absolute favorite, noted as decadently sweet with a buttery graham cracker crust and rich, creamy filling. The mini pies for the holidays are also called perfection.
Customers appreciate the variety of dessert options, which include large, mini, and single sizes. The cookies are often soft and chewy with a ton of flavor, though some note they are more cakey than crisped, and one cookie was found to be a bit overcooked, giving it a crispy and tough texture.
The staff at this location receives consistent praise for being very friendly, helpful, and professional, delivering warm smiles and excellent customer service. The location is noted for being well-stocked with new flavor arrivals. The experience of ordering, including using an app for pick-up, is smooth, with short wait times. The shop is also recognized for being accommodating. The environment is suitable for various needs.
