I especially love that they use a wee bit more salt than other bakeries, so the pastries are well-balanced in flavor and pleasant to the taste buds. Laminated pastries are their specialty IMHO, with the sheet cakes a close second. I especially enjoy savory pastries when they have them. Yeah, just go, and go early. You won't be disappointed.“
“So, I have never had Japanese cheesecake before. I had no clue what to expect other than the name implies cheese. And it is good. It has the texture if a souffle but has some cheese cake flavour in it. Good but not what I would call a cheese cake. Worth trying but might try something else next time. They have lots of yummy looking deserts.“

Quiche is also top-tier choice for a quick lunchHonestly the only thing I still crave that they could totally do was this mini-cake thing that was layers of lightly sweet buttercream alternating with disks of crispy sweet merengue. “I love bakeries, I've worked at one before and I've been to tons. After coming here I've come to a realization that I enjoy Chinese owned bakery shops more than others. It's just more rich in flavor in my opinion. I literally come here 3 - 4 times a week to grab a snack before work. It's usually empty which is great so service is super fast and parking is always easy peasy so I'm in and out. It's small and the ambience is not fancy like the other ones but who cares about that when you're baking quality delicious items. I go there so much that the Chinese lady knows exactly what I want haha. A hidden gem hole in the wall type of place but without the hole just amazing goodies. My only issue is sometimes they run out of things that I want. Boo hoo!“
