“I am a huge fan of Thomas Keller who is the first chef in American history to have 2 Michelin star restaurants simultaneously. I have been lucky enough to eat at the French Laundry in the past and plan to eat at his NYC one when I get the chance. For this occasion I was visiting Vegas for my birthday weekend so I chose Bouchon because this is one of the three Keller restaurants that I have not been to yet. It’s located in the Venetian on the ground floor in a beautiful setting. The dining room is very large with high ceilings and the tables are fairly spread apart, which was really nice. Our server was extremely polite and everything that we ordered arrived fairly quickly.
Pricing here is a little steep, but you do get great quality food in return. I started off with the Salad Lyonnaise and thought it was absolutely fantastic. It was one of the better ones that I’ve had in a long time and I even had other versions of it during this same trip and this one beat all of those. I followed that with the Eye of the Rib and thought it had a great flavor, but for $105 it was a very small portion and it took me about 7 or 8 bites to finish it. It did have amazing flavors, I just think that it was a bit steep price wise for the limited portion you get in return. Overall though I would highly recommend this restaurant and would stop in again next time I’m in Vegas.“

“Spent the evening celebrating my husbands 50th birthday which was also the F1 on the Friday The service was outstanding and the meal incredible (the beef wellington was better than Hell’s Kitchen!!) Would highly recommend and the staff were super helpful with all my questions leading upto the evening for weeks prior as it was our first time in Vegas Thank you!“

“I can honestly say that I never had a morsel of anything that I didn't love. Chocolate eclairs and Napoleon pastry are among my favorites. Their decadent Chocolate Brownies must be made in Heaven, then delivered here undercover of night. They are not like any brownies I've ever tasted before… They are the best of the best. The staff here is so friendly and helpful, to boot💗“

“❤ This will forever be one of my favorite breakfast spots in Vegas. I have never done the lunch or dinner option, but I have no doubt it is top tier. My fiancé and I got engaged here on 11/11/25, the waitress was SOOOOO incredible in helping me video the experience. IDK when we are going back, but I know when we do this is where we are coming.“

“Stunningly good find. We ordered the banana split crepe for the kids for breakfast and were thrilled to find that it wasn’t just sugar. Real whipped cream. We could taste the banana. Just enough of the chocolate to compliment but not overpower. My 1 year old loved the French onion soup, and the savory breakfast crepe really hit the spot. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The French accents wafting out rom the kitchen were a nice touch as well. If you like yourself, you will try this place!“

Jax behind the bar really stood out, knowledgeable, and entertaining to speak with. You can tell he takes pride in what he does which elevated the whole experience.
I had the escargot and the steak frites, both were spot on. What really surprised me was the value. The portion sizes are generous, the pricing is approachable, and the quality absolutely holds its own. The food quality and culinary talent coming out of the kitchen is totally comparable to what you’d expect on the Strip, just without the higher cost attached.
Looking forward to coming back with friends to check out the speakeasy. FORKE is a local gem without a doubt, rooted in French technique is clear, just with a modern approachable touch.

“Surprisingly good French baguette with turkey, veggie and cheese. The staff warmed up to make the cheese melty that brought more flavor out of the crispy bread. It is pricy though. For a regular house blend coffee plus a baguette you are looking at $30+.“

“Absolutely impressed. Been coming to Vegas for a decade and always trying different restaurants. Caesars has a strong lineup and this one is no exception. Service at the bar was fantastic (Cesar is a talented bartender). The seafood is fresh and delicious. The prices were very approachable. Best meal of the week for sure.“

“The sandwiches are expertly made with fresh ingredients. Every sandwich I've had there has been a flavor explosion. I wish I lived locally because I would eat there everyday. The staff is kind and friendly and very accommodating if you have food allergies. I also had some of the best French macarons I've ever tasted in my life. They were perfect; just the right amount of chew and sweetness and the fillings were outstanding. It's clear that they take great pride in everything they make.“

“I continue to dream about the Tomatini and Burata Toast from the Happy Hour menu. Finer than the food and beautiful surroundings, the Service is at the top of the scale! 6 of us arrive to a full bar to check out the Happy Hour. We were invited to sit at a table for 6 in the bar area, asked if we were celebrating an occasion and described what the restaurant was all about. We were brought delicious crusty bread and got to experience the tomatoes, lemon and olive oil that you prepare for yourself. a great conversation starter and oh so good flavors. All cocktails were wonderful but my favorite was their signature Tomatini with fresh cracked pepper and seasoned cherry tomato. Out of this world! We ordered, beef skewers, burata toast, spicy calamari and grilled XL shrimp. All delicious! Do not skip the Burata. And the Birthday Boy (61) was presented with a lovely raspberry sorbet and 6 spoons. We will return on our next visit for dinner. Maybe another Happy Hour too.“

“Stopped in to get my hubby a muffin after surgery and it was the best muffin he ever ate! Came back 4 days later and got 4 muffins, a bear brownie, 4 croissants, 2 cookies, 2 coffees and these little rum deserts that is better than, well, you know! We will be back often. Everything is made fresh there and you can taste the freshness. I would compare the taste to a five star Michelin rated restaurant. And the service is amazing. Personable, friendly and welcoming.“

“An amazing dining experience with expertly prepared dishes. Very personable staff, who were perhaps slightly more attentive than I am used to in these types of restaurants. All dishes were top notch, but nothing stood out as 'life changing'. Started with the caviar, followed by the white fish with sunchokes, then then the squab, and ended with the coconut six ways. The charcoal coconut layer was by far my most enjoyed component. Highly recommend!“

“Bouchon Bakery is a great grab-and-go spot if you need a quick but satisfying bite in Vegas. I had a turkey baguette, a pistachio macaron, and a mocha—everything was great, and the portions were no joke. I was so full I couldn’t even finish it all. There’s no seating, so it’s perfect for grabbing something handy while playing in the casino. That mocha definitely kept me wide awake—no need to rely on sheer luck when caffeine has your back! Coffee tasted like your average, so it’s not bad.
The true artistry behind Thomas Keller’s work is evident in every bite. The dough of the bread was exceptional, and the macaron was so good it had a similar quality to Ladurée and Pierre Hermé. Everything was incredibly fresh, showcasing the mastery behind each creation.“
