Forke Restaurant is a local treasure and a local gem, just minutes from the Strip with a very short Uber ride. The location is close to but not on the Strip. Forke serves what is called “California French” with all the flavor without the heaviness. The atmosphere is delightful, elegant, and comfortable. The restaurant has a hidden room set up like a Speak Easy, great for small groups to dine, drink, and watch a sporting event. The speakeasy is built out now and really fun. The sea bass, Caesar salad, steak with foie gras and caviar, and escargot are all excellent. The steak frites is cooked to perfection, with a generous portion and crisp fries. The prices are reasonable and the value is surprising, with quality comparable to the Strip without the higher cost. The service is genuinely warm, and the entire team makes guests feel very welcome. Every family member really enjoyed the experience. Forke is a regular dinner destination and is Danny Vegas Approved.
