I tried Crumbl Cookies for the first time and bought 6 mini cookies. They were very fresh. You can order online or use the kiosk inside. There is a display section that shows the size and shape of the cookies, so it is easy to choose. I am not a big cookie lover, so they tasted a bit too sweet to me, but overall they were fresh and looked beautiful. I recommend it.

However, some experiences have been inconsistent; one visit involved a rude response to a child asking for a cookie, while another crew member later made up for it by giving a granddaughter a cookie. In general, the staff is described as friendly and welcoming, with specific employees noted for being the absolute best in the store, balancing a lot themselves, and knowing everything about the menu and what cookies taste the best. They work the screens incredibly quickly and impress customers nonstop. The store itself has nice smells everywhere. Despite some issues, many customers refuse to visit any other location just because of the service they receive.
