In general, the staff is described as friendly and welcoming, with specific employees noted for being the absolute best in the store, balancing a lot themselves, and knowing everything about the menu and what cookies taste the best. They work the screens incredibly quickly and impress customers nonstop. The store itself has nice smells everywhere. Despite some issues, many customers refuse to visit any other location just because of the service they receive.
