Phenomenal. Like many, I first became aware of the location thanks to Mike Chen. I have been coming for many years, and the service and food never disappoints. The Spicy Large Intestine Noodles 麻辣肥肠面 are fantastic- great flavor & heat. Paired with their Plum juice, it is the perfect combination. A+++
I am from Xi’an and can attest to how authentic this place is! Everything I had was amazing, from the cold skin noodles that were perfectly seasoned and tangy to the hand-pulled noodles with various toppings that were so delicious! Highly recommend!
Authentic Xi’an flavors at their best! The hand-pulled noodles are perfectly chewy, the broth and sauces are rich and aromatic, and every bite is bursting with spice and depth. Feels just like eating in China—absolutely delicious!
