First time at this location. Our server was great but told us the fish and chips were cod. When I got the order it was not cod but a thin battered filet that looked and tasted like Talapia.She came back to check on us and I asked again if she was sure it was cod and she said she didn't know.The fish was a mushy tasteless thin filet.The manager came over and said it was probably Pollock. This is like ordering a New York steak and getting a chuck steak. My wife had the Ahi salad which she said was tasteless .

This experience was very good, except the server never offered or did not bring any water as is the custom.

The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. My wife made online reservations for us for my Birthday. Wonderful Experience

I was hosting a birthday party for a friend. There were 8 of us. We've dined here many times and return because the food is delicious, seating is comfortable and the servers are excellent. They don't get annoyed when we have special requests or ask for separate checks. We never feel rushed. A complimentary Pizzookie for the birthday girl is a nice surprise too.

Not our first time here and won't be our last. This is an awesome local spot for us. If you haven't had a Pazooki, you're a moron. Service is always amazing, but Rachel knocked it out at the park tonight. Two of the three of us arrived 30 minutes before the third, and Rachel never made us feel rushed. We didn't order altogether, but everything came out perfectly. My kiddo threw down an entire half rack of ribs. The brussels sprouts are amazing. The calamari appetizer is awesome. My husband got the chicken club sandwich and all the food was great. If you can get a booth window seat, they are the best seats in the house.

Nice place good selection. Don't know why they don't do mac and cheese since its probably the most popular for kids

Went to my favorite place to eat. We always go to the one on West Charleston by Red Rock casino. The food sucked. We all had chicken. It was so dry. I didn't eat my Balsamic glazed chicken. It wasn't even cooked the way it suppose to. My son had a fried chicken sandwich. It was dry and over fried. He ate a coulpe of bites and didn't eat the rest. He threw up in the parking lot, no joke. My husband bone in chicken wings we're also very dry. He ate a few of them only because he was starving. He didn't finish his either. How hard is it to cook chicken? The manager Christy was rude and tried to make it my fault. She took it out on the waitress. Our waitress was training someone. I felt bad for them. It wasn't their fault what so ever. I will never go there again!! The manager needs to be fired! She need to go to a class that teaches her some manners and how to act like a human being, and how to treat her customers.

Absolutely stellar first time for my employee. Food was top notch and Keith went above and beyond with excellent customer service. 10/10 would recommend!

i went to bj’s yesterday evening with a friend and the food was amazing, we had such a good time mainly because of our server Alize. i usually dont write reviews but she was super attentive and answered any questions we had about the menu , she really went above and beyond. will definitely be back!!!

Thursday ribs special is such a good deal. Full rack of ribs + sides + dessert for $24. Lots of kids meal options too.

We love going here for their happy hour and great food. The standout however, was Marc our server. He went above and beyond in every way with his customer service. We will definitely be back because of him!
