I had lunch at the location in Canyon Pointe in Summerlin last week and was delighted by Pei Wei Asian Kitchen. Reena, the person in charge, greeted us, took our order, delivered it to our table in a short amount of time and made sure we were happy with our order. We were much more than happy! My go to spot since switching up my schedule. Trying to stay more on the clean side of eating out so I found this spot and have been here about 90% of the time I go out to eat. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, there’s usually a good flow of people but it’s always clean and there’s always a place to sit. But my favorite thing is food is cooked to order. I was greeted the moment I walked in the door and offered suggestions. I ordered lettuce wraps and beef with broccoli to go. Both were cooked absolutely perfectly. A perfect experience with an exceptional meal. Thank you for making a tough day end on an excellent note!
