The food is completely vegan, but still really delicious, with incredible new flavors and textures. It took a moment to get used to the darkness, but once settled, there were no issues. The food was interesting, with 7 vegan courses, and the server was fantastic, taking good care of guests and providing clear and helpful directions. The hosts were also fun and helpful.
