My family and I are here visiting from Colorado. We used to have a blaze in the springs. So when I googled it we were happy to see Vegas had one. I ordered for delivery. When the pizza got to me it was black burnt. It wasn’t even edible. I had to return it. Got there and they didn’t even have any more of my gluten free crust. So disappointed because we loved blaze when it was in the Springs. I had to find something else to eat.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free

I ordered online on 3/14- big mistake! I will never go there again. They cater only to the people ordering the $3.14 pizza for pi day and literally pay no attention to ANY online orders. I waited an hour for the time when it was supposed to be ready and go inside and my order hadn’t even been started. I ask them about it and I’m literally just standing around while all the happy people only paying $3.14 for a pizza keep getting their orders back to back. They had a damn line out the door for a low price, but did not care at all about those paying full price for the pizzas. It was the worse experience I have had ordering online then going inside only for the associates to not care either. I will NEVER go there again. With all the waiting I just asked them for a refund I was pissed. Be warned to stay away on 3/14 or any other day for that matter. Is the $3.14 really worth losing the online orders???

Good service, I mistakenly thought the chopped garlic was the roasted garlic but ended up getting both, the server that got my order was courteous, but another that gave me my pizza seemed not happy to be there. Pizza was good, I'll for sure be back again.

I waited over 50 mins for my online order.. That I had placed 20 mins prior. People who arrived after me got their order before I got mine. Absolutely ridiculous. And the girl working the oven had an absolutely miserable
Order took nearly 2 hrs to deliver and was very cold. I will never order from this place again!

I made an online order and came in to pick it up during the scheduled time. When I arrived they were extremely busy and unfortunately had not started on my order which was okay because I only saw Amaya working her hardest to assist around 8 people. She sincerely apologized for the wait and was extremely kind to me. She handled everything well on her own, got my order completed, and was overall great! Thanks Amaya!

I want to preface that I've been to many Blaze pizzas before and have always enjoyed them but this unfortunately is the worst one I've visited. Service was slow, the staff seemed disinterested, barely even acknowledged my existence or each others, and the pizzas were undercooked. Overall disappointing experience and would not go
