Phenomenal Service. Above and beyond and by far the best customer service I have ever seen In my entire 47 years of life. So, I ate here a couple times over the last couple days. I was very impressed by the diligent, hard working staff. Today in particular, I could see they were understaffed, yet persevered and provided good customer service and a good product. Food was good. This is hands down the best location I have ever dined at. The Reno location at GSR leaves much to be desired, and the Strip location at Excalibur is horrendous. The food is good here, as is the service. Keep it up!

Oscar welcomed my bf and I right in since we weren't sure if you wait or just sit. The burger doesn't come with a side so we got bacon cheese fries and they came out first with 2 forks. I love that he understood the assignment plus our burgers were super delicious and juicy. Our waiter Oscar was on top of his game. Made me feel like I was at a 5 star restaurant.
