Can’t recommend this unfortunately. My açai bowl was too sweet and my espresso was cold (not sure how that happened). Also the staff had an attitude as I didn’t know what to order while trying to read the menu.

Manager was very eager to kick customers out. He was pushing chairs behind us while we were eating. And then he shut the lights as if he was in a rush to leave. Attitude is poor. He seems to he lurking too much and not working. Customer service sucks. If I was the owner, he’d be fired. Frozen yogurt was as expected but could be better.

The staff and manager are incredibly rude, showing no professionalism or kindness to customers. I won’t be spending money here again and hope others do the same. Plus, the açaí bowls are awful—completely watered down.

I have honestly not had a frozen yogurt this bad before in my life, the flavor is completely off and tastes really bad , do yourself a favor and get the haagen dazs from across the food court

I was charged $17.50 for frozen ice-cream and slices of fruit. Tip is mandatory for a self service machine. Never stop here again!

I’m not sure if this is really frozen yogurt. It tastes more like the whip cream on a Wendy’s milkshake. We ordered a big bowl to share and tossed it after a few bites. We got a mix of vanilla and pistachio and they tasted the exact same. If you’re looking for frozen yogurt, this might not be your place. But if you’re looking for a place to get your kid ice cream, they’d still eat it. Service was fine though.
