There were a decent selection of food to choose from, but I found no real defining lines to stand in. I stood for 10 minutes in the wrong line. They could have signs and ropes to let you know where to stand and for what line. The amount of noise was almost keeping me from clearly understanding my order taker. If the idea was for raw and a chaos atmosphere, they succeeded. Eating my meal was overwhelming from the amount of traffic running through the heart of Block 16. Maybe run the bulk of the traffic a different direction. It was like having 6 lanes of freeway traffic running through a favorite neighborhood of restaurants. In my opinion, the crowds and undefined lines, and the insane amount of noise took away what can be be a more tolerable and appealing eating area.

Cosmo’s Hidden Powerhouse Food Hall
Some places in Las Vegas try to impress with scale. Block 16 at The Cosmopolitan does the opposite—it compresses a genuinely high-quality food scene into a tight, chaotic, and oddly brilliant little space.
Located just off the casino floor, it feels more like a curated street food market than a traditional food court. It’s busy, a bit cramped, and at peak times you’ll definitely be navigating queues and scanning for seating. But once you’ve got food in hand, it starts to make sense why people keep coming back.
We ended up here for breakfast twice during our stay, which says a lot in a city full of options. The combination of speed, quality, and variety makes it an easy default when you just want something solid without committing to a full sit-down restaurant.
The standout pairing for us was Eggslut and the neighbouring District-style drinks and seating area. Eggslut lives up to its reputation—properly executed breakfast sandwiches, rich but balanced, and exactly what you want in a Vegas morning recovery meal. Right next to it, District Donuts & Sliders brings a slightly more indulgent angle, with sweet and savoury options that make it easy to over-order if you’re not careful.
One of the unexpected highlights was the tequila lemonade from the District bar area. It’s one of those drinks that feels simple on paper but fits the setting perfectly—bright, refreshing, and dangerously easy to go back for again. Sitting with that in hand, people-watching through the early morning casino flow, is very much a Cosmopolitan-specific experience.
Food-wise, everything comes out quickly despite the volume of orders, and the quality is consistently above what you’d expect from a “food court” setting. It’s closer to a collection of standalone concepts than anything generic or mass-produced.
The main compromise is seating and space. It can feel crowded, especially at peak breakfast or late-night hours, and you may need to hover a bit before finding a spot. But the turnover is fast, and because everything is designed for grab-and-go or casual eating, it never feels like a long wait once you’re actually settled.
What makes Block 16 work is balance. You’ve got heavy hitters like Eggslut, richer indulgent options from District Donuts, savoury quick bites from the other stalls, and then drinks like that tequila lemonade tying it all together into something that feels more like a food district than a court.
It’s not trying to be polished. It’s trying to be convenient, varied, and good enough that you don’t need to leave the building—and it succeeds at that completely.
For a place you can casually drop into between casino time, mornings, or late-night wandering, it’s one of the strongest quick food setups on the Strip. Twice in a week says it all.

Love this food hall. Hattie B’s southern fried chicken with fries is always my first stop when arriving in Vegas.

A decent food court at the Cosmopolitan hotel. The fried chicken and pork kimchi fries (from different spots) were not bad—good for a quick, casual bite. I didn’t see any healthy options, and while the prices aren’t outrageous, they’re definitely on the higher side for a food court. Also, they ask for tips even on takeout orders and give you attitude if you don’t tip.

Block 16 inside the Cosmo is easily one of the best quick food spots on the Strip. The variety is crazy — you can grab hot chicken, burgers, tacos, sushi, donuts, and drinks all in one place without sacrificing quality. Perfect setup whether you’re coming from the club, gambling late night, or just want something fast that still tastes high-end.

The vibe feels modern and actually matches the Cosmopolitan aesthetic instead of feeling like a basic food court. Everything was clean, the food came out quick, and there’s enough different options where everybody in the group can find something they like. Definitely a solid stop anytime I’m at the Cosmo

Ate at the Burger Shop in this area and the food was good and well seasoned. The only reason for the negative 1 star is due to the price of everything and lack of water. The lo mein from Jose Andres restaurant was also good but had some weird ingredients. It had ham and bak choy which usually isn't in a noodle dish like that. Again it tasted pretty good but it was $20, so a little expensive for a single serving portion.

We visited in September 2025. The only issue is too few restaurants open for breakfast. Most don't open till 11am. Looong lines!

We have been to this food hall several times and through various iterations of the restaurants that are here and I have to be honest and say that on a recent visit we ordered from Bang Bar as well as Hattie B’s and we won’t dine at either again. It was about 30 minutes before close on a Sunday night. Maybe that contributes to the fact that both of our meals were cold. The chicken sandwich was dry and it clearly been fried quite a while ago. The pork from Bang Bar was also dry and cold. This is actually pretty disappointing coming from a Momofuku related restaurant. I guess they’re just gonna keep expecting visitors come here and pay top dollar for subpar food. We’re just gonna be dining off strip from now on. It seems like the only get quality food for the money that you pay.

It’s sooo busy, you will be waiting for too long just to get sandwich or chicken tenders and fries, the food was good but pricey.

Good flavors but very light on the meat. Portions could be bigger based on price.

Simply put, Block 16 Urban Food Hall is the best food court on the Las Vegas strip. If you're interested in a tasty meal on the go (with some variety and at times fusion) its the place to go.

There are some good food choices here but the seating is ridiculous. There really isn't any seating to speak of. Not sure how the planners of this place expect you to eat with seating. It's pretty absurd. We won't be back.
