Great food and atmosphere! Awesome workers and owners!
Best brisket in Vegas hands down! A little pricey, but when in Vegas, I guess.
I hope to try the TX locations soon.

Idk about previous review but that was an awesome brisket sandwich
Right on the casino floor if you dig that kinda thing. Definitely not good food, I had pulled pork that was definitely not smoked, served with an awful sauce, on a bizarre bun, and topped with a mediocre slaw. Would not try again

Very disappointing! 2 slices of brisket on a slice of bread for $20 that was dry and not seasoned unless you count only smoked taste was disappointing.

Great food and excellent customer service.
Food perfect for the German palate, service great. The ambience belongs to the casino, but is perfectly fine.

Not Texas bbq in any form or fashion. Everyone’s meat was dry as if it had been sitting out all day. We had pork, beef and turkey. None were finished. Needed one of their $6 soft drinks with no ice to wash it down. Not worth the stop. :-(

Unless you have ungodly amounts of money you like to waste, avoid this place. The food was not terrible but it was far from great. For anyone to spend $60 for 2 sandwiches and a drink is just crazy. Plus they tack on an additional $8 service fee. For what? It's complete highway robbery. Literally I could probably go to Morton's and have a steak burger built for me at that price. And all you get is the sandwich. No sides. That's extra ??

Dry beef brisket. Had dip into sauce to swallow. Came with a piece of bread. Should’ve seen the reviews before ordering. This is not Texas bbq, unless they’re importing these from Texas on mule back. Not disappointed, more like surprised at my naivety that I thought of find good Texas bbq here. My mistake :)Servers were attentive & helpful, but I’m here for the food, not service.Inside the Conrad hotel & many other restaurants to eat from. The environment is awesome & colorful

This place is awful. After spending 30 bucks on a sandwich with potato salad, it wasn’t worth the price. Also, I ordered a brisket sandwich and was lied to about pickles and then when I tell the guy, I ordered a sandwich he gives me pickles after I ask for a refund. This place doesn’t represent TEXAS and I’m from TEXAS. Go elsewhere and spend your money, staff is rude and unprofessional.

Had the brisket which was tasty although a far cry from the best of Texas BBQ. Portion size was good with some decent fat and lean meat mix. Flavor was a little lacking and wished there was a more complex smoke and spice flavor.
