Most of the staff is amazing but there is one older lady with dark brown hair that is very rude. If you go and she’s working, go to different bourbon street where there is a more welcoming staff.

Service was poor. Totally ignored by the bartender!!! Stood at the bar waiting to order drinks. She walked bye twice and never acknowledged me. I walked around to the other side and she said what can I get you. I'll never stop in there again. BTW, the drinks tasted watered down and the chips were disgusting.

IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A GOOD TIME DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!The SERVICE HERE is the WORST! The older women that work here will cut you off after two drinks right after scolding you with their eyes and ignoring you for what feels like forever and only showing care to the older men who I assume are their close friends. They charged me for an alcoholic drink with clearly no alcohol. You can tell they are incredibly lazy and incompetent with all the machines being “out of order”. It’s so disappointing because I’ve brought 10-11 different friends here hoping for a better time each time but it’s always the same blonde old lady and her miserable face and service. SUPER DISAPPOINTING AND WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE.

The bartender (Alex) is extremely nice and makes the best drinks! The food we ordered came in a timely manner and was cooked to perfection. Just remember you are in a gaming bar. The bartender was alone on this Monday night and busy (4 to 12:00) and still managed to stay smiling and attentive. I highly recommend. Please be sure to tip, especially when you hit a jackpot! The games are so much fun.

Came in here at 2:30 am and got wings and a decent bloody mary for $10. Such a relief after paying $40 for a vodka red bull on the strip. Guy was super friendly. He was all humble, saying it wouldn't be a good bloody because he didn't have a mix, but it was great. I will be coming here again on my future visits.
Will not allow one to sit at the video poker bar unless one plays and spends money. Should be able to sit where one wishes to sit.

There is really only one reason I go to this Bourbon Street location and that is to visit one of the best 🏆 bartenders in all of Las Vegas Stacie V. She works the swing 4pm to 12 midnight shift Friday - Tuesday. You will not be disappointed Stacie is 💯 Best of the Best‼️ Although she is a Steelers 🏈 Fan ~ that's about her only flaw!😃 Thank you for being awesome Stacie!!! 🧑⚖️
