Popped in here with my wife and quite liked it. We ordered pretty casual for lunch and it hit the spot. Vegas strip pricing for sure, but hey, if you're there you already know. Oh and a delish dessert for my bday!

I'm really shocked that I had a poor experience at this restaurant. I dined at Bobby Flay's Mesa Restaurant years back and had quite a good meal. This felt completely different. I ordered the lobster tail as recommended by the bartender since I did not want to pay $130 market price for the 2 lb lobster shown on the website. As you can see from the photo, the tail was not seasoned at all and did not come with any kind of drawn butter or anything! The best thing was the bowl of mashed potatoes that were actually prepared properly. Upon another recommendation from the bartender, I tried the Apple crisp dessert. Surprisingly, I found a hair in my dessert! I was just really disappointed about the quality of this meal considering Bobby's reputation. I've had a lot of fine dining experiences in different cities and this was not the best. It might be due to poor management, so I do recommend that Mr. Flay looks in on that. All in I paid $120 for the lobster tail, mashed potatoes, hairy apple crisp, and a week dirty martini. I've learned my lesson that in Vegas the best food is found off the strip.

Just a joke!!! Double espresso USD 14!!!!
My wife and I decided on Brasserie because of past enjoyable experience with a former Bobby Flay establishment (Bobby Flay Steak, Atlantic City). Our server Maria was very pleasant. When we were seated, she acknowledged, by letting us know she'll be with us momentarily. Though she was busy serving other tables, she patiently answered any and all of our questions concerning the menu. We our order hanger steak (medium) and ribeye (medium well) both were cooked perfectly along salade verte and little gem caesar salads both were excellent. It was a little noisier than expected, but it's Vegas and the Chiefs vs. Jaguars game on at the bar. Among all of the hundreds of much more expensive restaurants and steakhouses in Las Vegas, Brasserie B was excellent chiice.

My husband and I came by on Saturday, October 11, 2025. The hostess was wonderful and got us seated within an hour on short notice.
We were greeted by King, who was our assistant server and kindly procured our water.
Next, we met our server, Dillon (Dillan). He at first seemed nervous, but we chucked it up to it being the start of his shift. We ordered some beers and stuck with water as our other beverage. Throughout the entirety of hour hours long dinner, we got one refill of our 8 Oz glass of water and was offered my 3rd upon completing my bill, as I went to leave.
The food was mediocre at best, we ordered two Duck Confit, crusted Ribeye, Salmon, steamed spinach, and a goat macaroni and cheese.
The macaroni was the best portion of our meal, steak was fairly bland and would have been lacking any flavor had it not been for the crust. Salmon was okay, just basic, nothing really to elevate the flavor. Spinach was absolutely, BLAND!!! They literally get a bag of I assume $3 spinach, as some butter, very little salt, and sautéed it (then charge you a ridiculous price.)
The true testament to show our service was subpar came out our bills close. I requested check and Dillan brought it back to my husband. I always think people do this because he has grey in his hair and I don't, but no big deal. I reviewed the 300+ bill and gave my Amex. Dillan returns and the guest/merchant copies say I was charged $30 less, 273 to be exact versus the 303 my original bill said.
Stupidly, I asked Dillan why the difference, as I was just going to give him the the $30 as a tip. He became very apologetic, while reaching for the bill and check. He told me he had not paid attention when swiping my cc and thus charged me for someone else's bill. He need to go back and charge my card for the 303. Now I assumed this would just be a differential of $30, this was not the case.
My card was charged 273.11 and 303.45, separately. So I kindly paid a 500+ bill on Dillans mistake at the terrible Brasserie.
Yes, the money has been refunded to only reflect the one charge. And of course, mistakes happen. The experience in it's entirety was sub-par and riddled with little mistakes you find at smaller scale restaurants.
Overall, 3/5 simply because I was with my husband and he made it better.

We ordered our drinks and appetizer, got drinks waited and waited for appetizer, came out with our meals, which were barely warm and my filet was cooked to temp on one side and way over cooked on other side. For $450 for 2 people, I was not impressed. Would not go back.

This restaurant, located inside Caesars Palace. Honestly, I didn’t expect much at first — usually when a place has many branches, the quality tends to drop. But I was pleasantly surprised!
My husband ordered steak and eggs, and he said the steak was juicy and perfectly cooked. I had the crispy chicken — it was absolutely perfect! Super crispy, not greasy at all, and full of flavor. It came with a French onion soup that was also delicious — rich, flavorful, and one of the best I’ve had (and that’s hard to find!).
The fries were great too. Overall, it’s a calm and pleasant spot to enjoy a meal. The prices are what you’d expect for a restaurant inside a Las Vegas hotel, but totally worth it. I truly recommend this place!

If you have the opportunity to have Ott as your waiter you’re in for a treat. He is very knowledgeable about the menu and how to pair things together to make the experience memorable. We ordered the Bay Scallops Sophie as a starter and it was amazing. They’re were tender and very flavorful. Then we had the Black Bass Armandine and American Wagyu Filet mignon cooked medium rare. The best steak I’ve ever had. It was buttery tender and the mushrooms were very tasty. We also had the purée potatoes and sautéed spinach, yummy. Ott recommended finishing with Soufflé and champagne! Omg it was the best meal I’ve ever had, thank you Ott and Bobby Flay!

We had the best filet mignon and NY strip. Beyond that, the service (sitting at the bar) was great. Honestly worth the price and will come back when we are back visiting. Thank you!

We loved it. We got the scallops, ribeye and pureed potatoes. Delicious. I wouldn't put peppers on a steak but they were very good. I'd say the ribeye was in the top three of steaks I've had at restaurants. We went to Giada's after this and thought it was even better. Sorry Bobby. This was still excellent but if your only going to splurge on one, I'd pick Giada's.

For a franchise inspired menu the music they play sucks! Main entree was good but the sides are very average. Not worth the prices charged

I have to be honest, the food here is nearly a perfect 5-star experience, with one little stumble.
The Eggs Benedict (or Eggs Royale, depending on their menu that day) was FIRE—easily one of the best I’ve had on the Strip. The eggs were perfectly poached, the hollandaise was rich and tangy, and the dish as a whole was executed with the kind of French-inspired precision you expect from a great brasserie. The vibe is gorgeous, the seating is comfortable, and the service was attentive.
The only thing holding me back from a full 5-star rating was an eyebrow-raising charge for a simple cup of coffee. It felt severely overcharged, even by Vegas standards. It’s a minor point, but when you're paying for a top-tier breakfast experience, every detail counts.
Bottom Line: Come for the incredible, decadent breakfast and brunch items—especially that Eggs Benedict—but maybe just stick to water! It's an excellent, high-quality meal worth the price, save for the single rogue beverage charge.

This was actually one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Get the filet, with the house sauce, the mac and cheese. My family is still talking about that meal. It was incredible!
Anyone leaving negative reviews must just not know what they’re talking about lol this was exceptional and we’ve ate at many finer dining restaurants throughout the country.
