Stopped by this boba spot while in Vegas and was so impressed! The customer service was amazing—everyone was super friendly, helpful, and patient when explaining the menu. My drink came out quickly and tasted fresh and delicious. Will be coming back next time I’m in town!
This place is nice , the boba is DELICIOUS , I love it , my favorite place for boba BUT , the service in this specific location somehow always manages to be bad , every single time . We ordered online , waited 20 minutes for it , got there and waited extra because I didn’t see my drinks , went up and asked , waited an extra 20 once again but this time IN store , the baristas all just kept looking staring at us , when we asked for our order she didn’t even look at anything...
