Guy Savoy is a must stop on every trip to Vegas that we make. The staff is incredible. The food is out of this world. We were lucky enough to be able to sample the white truffle risotto, which is only available 45 days out of the year. Without a doubt it was in the top three dishes I've ever had in my life. The restaurant recently won the Top award for their wine program and their Sommelier Andrew is an absolute gem. 
What an incredible dining experience. Of course it's far too expensive..... but I'd rather spend my money on incredible food than lose it on the blackjack table. We had the Forbes tasting menu with wine accompaniment. Each dish was spectacular.....intricate, delicious and unforgettable. We savored each bite. I have been to most, if not all of the restaurants in Las Vegas that have received a Michelin star at one point or the other. Picasso was my favorite and this one is a close number two. Picasso, which is now permanently closed due to the chef‘s retirement had a little bit more ambience, and the cost was about half so the value of Picasso is better.
