Found this gem in California on our trip and fell in love with it! I'm so glad we now have a few locations open here in Vegas. First time stopping by at this location. We were delighted with the service and the food! The employees made it accommodating for my dad since he is in a wheelchair. Our waitress, Kaila was phenomenal! Very attentive with the most friendly- sweetest personality/attitude. Now that's what you call exceptional customer service!
My parents loved it and will be going back soon! Thank you so much !

Finally, a GOOD breakfast! I just hope it stays that way. We have noticed that most places start out well but steadily decline. Broken Yolk was yummy! Great service. Eggs were basted perfectly & that's not easy! Hash browns are just the right crispness on the outside & soft on the inside. Blueberry pancakes were light & delish with BIG blueberries inside & out, not just a few dwarf-sized ones on top like other places. I can't wait until Sunday to go back for their amazing looking avocado toast with salmon & poached eggs!
It's crowded, but that didn't affect the service or the food. You must go! It will make you happy!

Brand new store in east summerlin (my location description, but I'm not from around here). Food is fine. Pancakes are enormous so the short stack is plenty. They use real blueberries, not a sugary jelly compote like some restaurants. Service is terrific, like they have been well coached, which I say as a compliment. Courtney was my server and she's terrific.
Gripes: music was too loud, at least near the bar. And they use those napkins that break apart when you touch them, worse than using toilet paper. Many restaurants use this kind of napkin now. But damn.

This place is brand new, we came in and it still smelled new! The food was good, I like the fact that I could mix two poached egg options. So I got to try two different styles. I liked both, but was happy I didn't have two of the same. I did not love the breakfast potatoes, oddly greasy with no flavor. Staff was friendly. It felt super expensive, like everything else in this town. They charged 5$ for house coffee and 2$ extra for oat milk. It was not busy on a Tuesday late morning, but again they also just opened this location.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not automatic doors, but they opened the doors for us when we arrived.

TOP TIER PLACE no joke. You go in expecting normal breakfast right? Wrong. You get chef made food, amazing flavors, SALMON???? Got me sold. And the service is amazing. Melissa was awesome, friendly and upbeat. Carl was also very sweet ☺️ And the decor was very refreshing 🍀🍉🍍Definitely coming back and I'm trying everything on the menu 🫵🏽

Went to the new Summerlin location of the Broken Yolk brunch place. Been to all their Las Vegas locations and they are always consistently fantastic. Service is always friendly and fast. The food and drinks are always yummy and drool worthy. The mimosas, bloody marys, lattes, matcha lattes, cold brew and coffees are delicious. We started with sampler of various french toast and the pancakes to share. The omelets, skillets, benedicts are all killer and I order depending on the craving of the day. My favorite omelet is the MOM omelet and I add ham and get crispy bacon on the side. The ranchero skillet is fantastic. The croissant breakfast sandwich is a new item and doesn't disappoint. My other friend had the breakfast burger with egg that looked amazing. And I highly recommend the acai bowl as well for a sweet treat. Everything is fantastic and you roll out full and happy.
Vegetarian options: Can make items vegetarian by omitting meat.

I visited this café for the pre-opening and had previously dined at another location, so I was excited to check this one out—and it didn’t disappoint!
The Eggs Benedict were great, and we also tried a skillet, which was decent but not my favorite since it had a bit more spice than I prefer. The Espresso Martini was delicious, and the Nutella Crepes were pretty good as well.
Overall, it was a great brunch with a friend—good food, nice atmosphere, and a solid dining experience. Looking forward to coming back!

Tried coming here twice! First time, it was not opened yet. Ok. Fine.
Today they said it was a "soft opening", was turned away. You already have other locations in other parts of the city! I leave near here. Usually chain restaurants so not do "soft openings"!
I guess you didn't want my money or business.
The food was the absolute best when I first got off the plane. If I can't go to one in my zip code, never mind.

I tried their newest location for their soft opening and the food was great. Kyle was our server and he was very attentive and thorough. The fiesta burrito came highly recommended and the pork was so juicy and tender. Don’t sleep on the blueberry muffins - they are a mix of corn bread and muffin - delicious! My favorite!
