We placed a to-go order through the BWW website, which processed at 6:58PM. Our confirmation told us to pick up at 7:30pm. We walked in at 7:39pm and we we were told by the young man at the front that our order wasn't ready because we "just placed it 5 minutes ago". It had been roughly 45-minutes at that point - not even close to 5-minutes.
