But then, a young beautiful woman named Kiana stepped in—she had a bright smile, and she made everything so easy. Her customer service was fantastic, and she really turned my experience around. Huge shout-out to the morning shift at this Burger King. I witnessed them go above and beyond to help my father, who is a U.S. Marine who is currently disabled by bringing his food out to him and taking the time to share a genuine, heart-to-heart moment.
