Waited long time in line then even longer at window with mobile order too. Couldn't find our order terminals were obviously not wkg correctly lady at window cursing about issues and very loud about it

Where do I start. First, this place looks decent from the outside in. But the problem starts with some of the workers having an attitude when taking my order on both separate occasions. The first time I came in, they had homeless people inside. Which isn't too much of a problem, but the guy dropped a big bag of drugs. The second time, they got my order wrong through the drive-through, so I had to go inside again. Again, homeless people were inside, and this time, he was begging for money. The supervisor or manager was doing great at trying to hold it together, as well as this young black girl who was actually being nice and helpful, unlike the other 2. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back to this BK. I hope the franchise owner reads this and does what he or she needs to do so customers don't end up like me.

Honestly, don't even bother with this specific location. I come in person for the drive thru, and they still managed to forget stuff for my order. I put an online order, and when I get to the location, it wasn't even ready or close to getting started either.

As I sit here and watch, people are waiting almost 25 minutes for their orders inside of the burger while he push the drive through cars through in record time. The staff seem nice enough but they really need to get a better system so that customers inside can receive their food just as fast. No one should have to ask about there food 3 times and watch people that ordered after they did get their food 15 minutes faster. Do better staff.

If I could go 0 stars I would. Packed house I understand it's going to be a wait. I'm on lunch for work so I'm taking a risk. But after a 15-20min wait I finally got my bacon "melt" just to relieve cold bread not toasted. It looks like an uncrustable. Not a melt. I'm packing my own lunches from now on.

Took 9 min & 20 sec, to serve a double & fries, Beverage machine coke was not working, The only person in the restaurant eating was me & some homeless creep in the very back, I felt like I was in the movie death wish on a subway alone, otherwise the rep was pleasant & courteous.

#BK-27013401 East Tropicana, Las Vegas, NV 89121. The breakfast shift is over, and the employees are complaining about being understaffed and trying to call their manager. They issued a refund and have a DoorDash driver and me waiting (now 20 minutes in). I've counted at least four employees. One at the drive-thru took her order before she took a drive-thru order; I guess she gets to have a juicy sandwich. I waited in the drive-thru line for 10 minutes before I walked in. I wanted a BK breakfast so badly. ? If you're reading this, I'm probably still standing in line. As someone who has worked in fast food before, I feel bad for customers expecting lunch. It's 10:36 a.m. There are no fries or tots in the fryer. At this point, I'm assuming the employees just want everyone to walk out of the store. If my food is cold, I'm going to be pissed. I feel bad for the owner if this is a franchise, and I feel bad if this is a corporate operation. This Burger King deserves better, and the customers deserve people who came to help them get and keep their day going. This is my first experience like this to be fair to the workers however for me to be prompted to leave a review should give you a clue of how bad it is right now. I got to BK at 10:09 it's 10:45 by time I got my food and I know for a fact that Doordash driver ain't getting a tip.
