I'm not the one to do this since I work fast food myself and I understand how rush time is especially with new items but the lady at the speaker was very rude didnt tell us our total or asked if we needed anything else when we actually did we weren't done placing our order then at the window didnt even know our order to witch I totally understand again hello rush time but she never even put our order in the computer and didn't apologize for the mixup as somone who works fast food your supposed to be polite and apologize FOR YOUR OWN MISTAKES hopeful core or a manager that cares about their job and the business there running finds better employees with good manners and a decent personality

I visited this Burger King on Tuesday, November 18 at 5:17 PM, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had at any fast-food place. There were kids playing in the kitchen, which is completely unprofessional. Talking and joking around while making peoples food no one had glovrs, On top of that, they were passing out cold food and taking forever to fill orders. The whole operation felt careless and unorganized. Because of this experience, I will never come back to this location again. Absolutely unacceptable.

I recently visited the Burger King at Tropicana and Pecos in Las Vegas, and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. The customer service was seriously lacking. There was no communication in the lobby, and the staff were inattentive and unresponsive to guests. It felt like we were completely ignored, and the overall experience was far below expectations. Because of this, I’m not going to go there anymore, ever. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves the service for future visitors

My hats off to the overnight staff. Everything was fresh and hot at 3 am. Fries were crisp and not overcooker or raw not overly salty or greasy. What truly impressed me the most is the picture perfect whopper. Just the right amount of topping and placed perfectly. Nothing fell off the bun and didn't look just thrown on. Really shows pride in your work. Thank you!
