Matiki Island BBQ on Tropicana in Las Vegas is a great place to enjoy the viral beef ribs! We also tried the short ribs, both plates came with sides, white rice and potato Mac salad.The beef ribs were the highlight of our meal - they were huge, tender, and delicious. As a local, this is one of my favorite spots to go because of their beef ribs. Very reasonable price and staff is always friendly. Wait can be a little lengthy but nothing outrageous.Kid-friendliness: The kids meals are great and plenty!

Quaint little place with great food and friendly service!Russell/Jones location has a much cooler vibe than the one down on Trop.Always come here for the Beef Ribs and the Kalbi! So good broke da mouth!100% recommend!Wheelchair accessibility: Small ramp on the curb and enough room inside to accommodate a wheelchair.
