Super bad experience, I had an offer in my app when I got to the drive thru the person helping me "manager" told me they didn't have that offer available and that I was in burguer king not Wendy's. I explained to her that the offer was advertised in the app, and she kept stating they didn't have the offer. I had to place the order online for pick up, even though I was at the drive-thru. I thought it was very rude of her telling me that "I was jot at Wendy's " and her being a manager. I'm surprised she is not aware of the app offers.

I ordered online and it said that it was delivered but I never got the food I'll contacted support but was only available by automated chat . when I said I didn't receive the order it said somebody would contact me in 24 to 48 hours now what's good does that do when they offer nothing to allow me to stick to a real person or have them redeliver then I tried contacting the store location itself they wouldn't answer the phone I tried a different location they said that usually app So now I have no dinner I'm not $25 and left with no solution horrible horrible way to do online business

I'm sorry forgive for saying this about Burger King but it's a no for me a hard no.
When you truly want the worst, you just have to reach for the king.It takes a lot of hard work to consistently mess everything up and assure that quality is sub par across-the-board.Thank you for not disappointing us at this location.Ordering the large cheese sticks and receiving 4 that are fresh and 4 that are old was an interesting game of Russian roulette between somewhat palatable and nasty, Indeed, made for a memorable experience.Bravo on your scrooge mcduck cost-cutting measures, not including the second Burger Patty on our double cheeseburgers, Simply genius.The kings final pièce de résistance Was the lack of napkins or dipping sauce, Check mate.well played!

worst Burger King I've ever dealt with they shorted my order and instead of the manger being apologetic he was accusatory disrespectful and ghetto . he didn't even know what postmate was and was trying to argue telling me postmates is not a thing. He called me a hustler theft as if I have nothing better to do but hustle free dessertS. NO ABOUT THE MONEY.when I spend around 400 a month easy on post mates.i really just wanted an apology. However he came to the phone ready to argue and I meet ppl where there at . he definitely has that ALL BLACK PPL R UP TO SOMETHING NARRATIVE .. HES PROJECTING BET HES STEALING... he refused to give me corporates number and hung up on me several times !!! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE if ur black this manager gonna talk to u any kinda way and short u then call u the theft and try to gaslight u when u notice...to be a manager u should have excellent customer service skills .. HE DOES NOT
