Had a tough break yesterday. Ordered online and took a few minutes to get there, and what seemed to have happened is I guess some misanthrope walked away with my order.The gentleman I spoke to was professional and remade it, but I could tell he thought maybe I orchestrated the whole thing and walked away with two (2) Impossible Whopper Mix & Match promotions for the price of one.(He said he remembered making it, and asked if anyone picked it up for me. There was no one in the restaurant at the time except for one man eating at a table.I walked in and didn't look at the menu since I already knew what I wanted and the person was just standing there waiting. I was never greeted or asked if I could be helped and he was the manager.My food was cold the french fries were old and I had asked for fries without salt and these had salt. I asked them if I could have new french fries and they said no they were busy with the drive-thru....read full review
