Great food and awesome customer service.
Food - classic chicken sandwich was not good, very disappointing. The chicken was not real chicken, it was like a chicken sandwich from Burger King or McDonald's.
Service -
Went inside to order to go. Felt rushed. Food was already bagged before I was done ordering.
Food - Chicken was dry, and temperature of chicken was barely warm. Fries they were hot and over cooked.
I am 60 years old. This is my first time going to churches chicken. I will say it was the best I’ve ever had and the Customer Service at this location was great. She gave me a side of gravy for free. Everything was hot and fresh.
