The play area was fun and my 2 toddlers loved it. I placed an order through the app so I could get some food before leaving. Walked to the cashier 15 minutes after placing the order (it said it was ready) and the cashier didn’t come to the counter for 17 MINUTES!!! I stood there and she just kept looking at me and walking by. There was no one else in the lobby, it seemed they only cared for the drive thru people. 17 minutes is too long to Not even be acknowledged with 2 toddlers...
Thank you so much Brenton, for going above and beyond for us. Not only did you help us get our food in a timely manner you went and made fresh fries, got everything right on our order and took the time to thanks us for stopping by. You can see by my screen shot I ask for NO pickles. They always give me pickles. This time I added tomato and onion. NOPE. Regular bacon cheeseburger with pickles. Do they not read the whole order? Of just don’t care? It looked like they didn’t care. If you don’t like your job, get a different one. Why take it out on the customers.
